Chefs Jodi & Antonio Perez, along with the staff of Provisions share almost 40 years of catering, restuaruant & culinary experience creating fantastic, flavorful cuisine, pleasing to both the eyes & palate. 

Cooking and training in Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, Miami and Mexico City has given us the confidence to provide exactly the right dishes for your special event, quick lunch or leisurely dinner. From your favorite Southern Comfort Foods to Inspired International Flavors, food is our passion!

Provisions was established in 2005 when we relocated to Port St. Joe from Miami, Florida.  We begain in a tiny 400 square foot kitchen, with one take out window, selling our now famous salads, sandwiches and Daily Aqua Plate Lunch Specials. 

In 2006 we moved to our current restaurant location on Williams Avenue where we offer dining for Lunch and Dinner with your choice of seating in our main dining room, shaded patio or private meeting room.   

Our mission is to consistently serve fresh, high quality, culturally diverse and beautifully prepared food for your enjoyment.  Our menu focuses on grilled, seared, roasted, marinated and sauteed dishes with great flavor.  Many of our menu selections are considered excellent healthy alternatives. 

We serve LUNCH from 11 - 3,  Monday through Friday and DINNER 5:30 - 9:30 Monday through Friday.  Thursday evenings our menu also includes Tapas, Spanish inspired appetizers, ordered in flights and meant to be shared, which is quickly becoming  our most popular weekly event. Seating is highly coveted so please consider making reservations for your dining experience.

Along with our popular restaurant, Provisions is considered the premier Catering Company on the Gulf Coast. For that reason our restaurant is currently closed Saturdays & Sundays. From St George Island to Mexico Beach we accommodate events for up to 500 guests, or intimate dinners just for two.

In March of 2007 we were honored as the 2006 Business of the Year by the Gulf County Chamber of Commerce.  We are very, very thankful for all our patrons who have helped us build our business.  We recognize that in order to reach the guests that visit our area, you must have plenty of locals to refer them your way!
