Yes, we can happily accomodate your most adventurous menus for themed parties!  Our wide range of experience allows us to create the perfect culinary compliment to your special event!  Mexican, French, Italian, Hawiian, Cowboy Country, Southern Bells, Kentucky Derby, Low Country or whatever your heart desires...


Low Country Boil

Low Country Boil is a term coined in the low country of the Carolinas & Georgia for a flavorful way to enjoy the fresh catch of the day along with hearty corn and potatoes.  Recipes are as different as the chefs who brew up a pot!  Our Traditional "LCB" features Gulf Shrimp, Silver Queen Corn, Red Bliss Potatoes & Kielbassa Sausage.  But we have so much more to offer that your imagination can run wild; add in blue crab, crawfish, mussels, clams or scallops for a gourmet version made to order.  Add a crispy fresh salad, warm bread and a some Key Lime Pie and you have a simple yet memorable meal.  The abundance of  fantastic seaffod here makes this a perfect fit for any coastal event, rehearsal dinner or beach gathering. Pricing Starts at about $23 per person and increases with any additional seafood items you wish to add. This menu is avaialble for pick up, drop off or with full service staff as you like.

 

Hawaiian Luau

Imagine your guests reaction to a whole roasted, mahogany colored, Kaluah Pig, Hawiaan Chicken, Mango Mango Mahi Mahi, Tradewinds Wild Coconut Rice, Sweet Potato Salad, Sweet Onion Slaw, Tropical Fruit & Pineapple Upside Down Cake displayed with elegant palm fronds & fresh edible orchids!

Kaluah Pigs require an on site Service Staff for set up and are best for parties of 75 or more. Pricing for this menu must be customized for your event based on the size of the pig needed and the sides you select.

Smaller Luaus may be better accommodated with Pineapple Ham, Ginger-Mandarin Roasted Pork Loin or Hawiaan Chicken entrees along with your side options.

We strongly suggest a Frozen Pina Colada Machine to get the party started!!!
