We provide delicious gourmet selections for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Special Events!
Our goal is to offer you fresh, creative and culturally diverse cuisine with an emphasis on great customer service.
We recommend our in-house Lunch & Dinner Menu selections for smaller parties.
Larger events may be better accommodated by a custom designed menu.
Whatever the size of your next event we would love to supply your Provisions!
Ordering for Catered Events
For special orders, please allow 48 hours notice for us to prepare for your pick up or to schedule
deliveries with top quality service.
When ordering from our In House Lunch or Dinner Menus, please allow 24 hours for more than 10 guests.
For 10 or more guests we will happily deliver and set up a buffet in your space using our attractive serving pieces
or high quality disposable guest-ware.
For all events a non-refundable $100 deposit will be required to hold your date.
Two weeks prior to the event 50% of your total is due with the balance payable on the date services are rendered.
Tables, chairs, fine linens or formal serving ware are available through Panache Tents and Events. Call 850-227-9579
For more casual occasions orders will be ready for pick up at your convenience in our attractive disposable serving ware.
A catering service fee will apply to all full service functions.
Fees include local delivery, procurement, preparation, set up and clean up.
Our services also include beautiful, decorative serving ware we will coordinate to your event.
We also provide the linen needed to conceal the various lifts and levels we utilize to enhance your buffet.
Events requiring set up directly on the beach, in the sand, are subject to a minimum $500
surcharge depending on setting and accessibility. No exceptions.
You may amend your guest count up to 72 hours prior to the event.
Bartending services are available at $25 per hour/per Bartender.
Servers are available at a rate of $25 per hour/per Server.
We reserve the right to apply additional delivery fees to certain areas.
Tastings for your event can easily be scheduled with advance notice.
Most tastings can be provided for $25 per person.
We will be glad to accommodate your corporate purchasing guidelines.
We only ask that corporate accounts be paid with in 30 days.
Once you have accepted our proposal for your event please
please be sure we have confirmation of your order via fax, phone or email.
Cancellations of orders must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to event.
Deposits for events are non-refundable, unless there are serious mitigating circumstances.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, refund considerations will be at the sole discretion of management. Deposits may be transferred to secure a secondary date only after deduction of any losses
incurred by rescheduling of event. Additional deposit may be required.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Approved Checks, and of course Cash.
